A joint venture project between GHD and Workforce Housing Ventures resulted in the 41 home community of Hillcrest, in Eastern Hillsborough County, which offered affordable housing to first time homebuyers at well below other builder’s price points.

GHD has earned Affordable Housing achievement awards in both Pinellas and Pasco counties, as well as numerous awards from professional associations.
